Rock goes to Schools!

It was just this that jumped out at me:

Another lesson plan calls on students to stage a mock trial to learn the rights and wrongs of music file-sharing.

Hmm...

Is this tied in to that Junior Mercury Award? My thoughts are the same, anyway: rather than teaching kids about music in Music lessons, the BPI wants to shift the emphasis to recruiting suckers and propagating lies about its own tawdry industry. I don't blame the BPI, they can't help being evil. I despair of educators who think getting involved with those reptiles is good or useful, tho.
