I have never had any problems with M-Audio's products - http://www.m-audio.com/index.php?do=products.list&ID=pciinterfaces

You may also want to go look at www.hydrogenaudio.org and read their forums and see what people recommend.

The new computer we got for audio editing at the radio station has a sound card that is incompatible with Audacity. It's a Sigma Tek and does not allow for "stereo Mix" recording (the only sources you can choose are mic, rear mic and line in). Is it difficult to replace a sound card? Anyone know if any other sound cards have this problem?

Haha I think I have one of your shirts, from Scott from Secret Santa. It's not difficult at all to replace a soundcard. You just unscrew the computer case, pop the card out of the mobo, and install the new one. And if you're looking for recommendations the Chaintech AV-710 comes HIGHLY recommended by audiophiles and the like; and it's only $30 or so.
