omg what a weird scene.

funniest people:

• former mormon missionary with his japanese wife and 3 terrible children
• lady who didn't even look at the paintings, only asked 101 Qs about the flowers my friend brought me
• man who told me the entire plot of mission impossible (and what channel he'd watched it on)
• boy who ran in the door, peered closely at one painting, ran back out
• girl who looked vacantly at everything and said "pretty"

• man who said my paintings are "joyous"
• guy who said coming in had made him "so happy"
• boy who squatted down in front of the speakers and grooved to minimal house
• girl who walked in and loudly announced "THESE ARE GREAT!"
• guy who walked in and loudly announced "THIS IS THE BEST ONE I'VE BEEN IN!" (that was jergins, btw. love u friend.)
• friends who showed up
• people who bought my paintings!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
