Looks like that was more than just an assumption on my part:

MIKHAIL: Of course I don’t know you, Sayid Jarrah. How could I? And you, Kate Austen, are a complete stranger to me. But you John Locke, you I might have a fleeting memory of, but I must be confused, because the John Locke I know was paral—

I'm feeling kind of sorry for the misunderstood gila monster now

Though the Gila monster is venomous, its sluggish nature means that it represents little threat to humans. However, it has earned a fearsome reputation, and is often killed by hikers and homeowners, despite being protected by state law in Arizona and Nevada.

I guess that's what happens when your name is "monster"

I'm gonna start a campaign to rename them gila friends

As for illegal downloading, I think I'm right in saying that in Germany the high court decided it wasn't actually illegal to download, so the issue is not necessarily so legally or morally clearcut.

The difference between perpetual ads and ads-free is like the difference between when I am driving a bus full of 50 schoolkids and an empty bus. Empty is much quieter. It is easier to drive and less aggravating. Does that mean I "fear" kids?
