god i drank a lot last night. hooray for a dry-out day today and night tonight. thankfully i have no friends here and nothing to do and no money, otherwise i might be tempted. instead i'll just stay home and read my dry book.

See, if I wrote a cover letter whILE drunk, I would expound on my superpowers and language ability! If I drink enough, I find I can speak fluent Spanish, Italian, and a smattering of French. The trick would be getting through the interviews whilst drunk! "Oh, this? I need to keep hydrated, it's just water...glurg glurg glurg...comprende amigo?"

way back when i first knew LT, a friend of from high school visited. this guy was really into that stuff and so we had to go to some mystic video store in ravenna and rent a ramtha video and a lazarus (some other channeler) video. they got bored watching but i was really into it, because that shit is so fucking weird. into it, you know, in a curious and puzzled way, not in a converted way.

that reminds me that i told a girl at a party about living at the loft recently. i went into some detail, telling her about the death alien cult SD people who ended up there, about the yoga cult, about mursh1d, the building itself, etc. she was 22 and just out of college, and predictably WTF about it. in return she told me about getting kicked off of her college soccer team. didn't compare, really.

not drunk, but i have just made the most delicious drink:
juice of 1/2 a fresh grapefruit + gin, shaken, over ice.

simple yet wonderful!

apparently this is called a greyhound.

my understanding is that a greyhound = vodka + grapefruit juice

a cursory google search indicates that my understanding is limited, though not entirely incorrect

the search told me the same thing, max. my sister told me it was a greyhound.

perhaps it is like a martini, where you can have vodka or gin, but all the cool ppl drink them with gin.
