Anyway, the panel performed admirably and our studio technician - PETE - who I did not thank on the show because I was too flustered - was a more than a "dab hand" at an unfamiliar mixing board, besides keeping us all on schedule and the other things than an editor does. Big hats off.

(now i have this irrational fear that wiretap will somehow have picked up me having a conversation while listening, despite fact that it clearly only records what's playing on the computer)
(also it's done that thing where it fucks up yr sound settings so safari is mute, argh)
