Mark that is lame, we're not going to have a "mid-January party". I was thinking the Fri or Sat before Xmas. Or we can just say fuck it, whoever is around we go to bar and thn just worry about the Super Bowl party and make it extra extravaganzaous.

I have lived in cities almost my entire life and have never been invited to nor have I arranged a Christmas night event in a restaurant. They're always at people's houses.

these people i know went out for christmas once, though. these dogs broke into their house and ate their christmas turkey, so the father took them all out to dinner at a chinese restaurant and they ate duck.

- i cant do friday/saturday, and im more interested in dinner than a party
- i know youve lived in cities your whole life, ally, but brian knows more about restaurants than you - i wasnt trying to say you didnt know what you were talking about

I was interested in dinner, I'm not the person that can't keep a conversation straight. Forget it, I'm not really that interested in Christmas in general this year, I only asked because Mr. "Let's rent a party room" wouldn't shut up last night about inviting people to our house for a party.

my fam goes out for xmas eve dinner every year, bros! it ain't that hard to get together.

i still say yes to hangout/party/eating, although not on fri/sat. the only way these things ever work is if dudes just set a date and time, and the people who can come do and the people who can't don't and nobody's feelings get hurt and really it's not a big deal and hardly worth stressing out over.
