i had 3 clementines, 1egg, 1 avocado tofu colby jack cheese sprouts toasted sourdough bread sandwich, 2 handfuls joe's o's, 2 toasted bread with margerines, 1 piece of l'tone's step-mom's banana nut bread w/margarine, 1 piece of 60% chocolate at work, 7 beers, 1/4 glass of wine, 1 fruity tofu dessert, 3 slices of deli chicken meat

beer (a lot)
