this is what's on for monday: i still haven't washed the dishes so it's a jar again tonight for me. good thing i have lots of jars.

i bought a tough bottle of rum last night, can't even remember the name, left it at the party. but! i got good and drunk until the soda ran out and I introduced this girl Mikaela to the pleasure of rum rickeys and she got sauced. the headache today is worth it.

i don't know how i missed that link to the havana rum museum till now. according to Lonely Planet Cuba, they also give excellent dancing lessons at the museum. let's go!

it's payday so i bought 4 bottles of rum and a carton of cigarettes. what a happy happy thing.

much rum was appreciated last night. along with much wine, some beer and a bottle of seagrams. no one drank the lemon hart poison, but the mumbling dum dum malibu is finally gone!

starting from a really light one and then working my way darker to the blackstrap now makes me think that i will feel like shit the whole next day

so brian got a job at this new restaurant in town and for some reason, they had to train him to serve alcohol even though he is too young. so i guess he was talking to his coworkers and the bartender about drinks and they were talking about drinks with rum and brian said something about a rum ricky. but i guess no one had any idea what he was talking about and the bartender said he had never heard of that drink before... haha so brian felt really stupid i guess, so he asked me about it and i told him that, yes indeed, it is a real drink. but i thought that was really funny and weird....
