FWIW, it's not even like I was using some massive fuckoff guitar rig or anything. I was using my little tiny Cambridge 15. Actual size:

I guess that last thread was right about guitar amps and penis size. If I'd had a bigger amp he wouldn't have treated me like a little girl.

Yeah next time take a 100w marshall head w 2 x 4 x 12" cabinets, and whine on about how you need your "weight of sound" if anyone complains.

Why on earth did your manager side with the sound guy. You're part of the band FFS!

Not any more.

So I saw! Bummer.

Fucking tell me about it.

Two years of work down the drain. But I just can't go on like this any more.

I have so much bile to spill right now, but I can't do it in public.

Kudos to you for completing the show despite the circumstances. I've had the misfortune of watching 2 bands break up ON-STAGE in the last few weeks. It's much uglier that way.

Having said that, sorry about the dissolution...

My first band broke up on stage. I was a kid at the time, whatever. You live and you learn.

My next band, coincidentally, had one of the band members storm off and quit mid-set - on stage at the same venue. People thought it was a stunt! :-D

I'm glad we finished the gig, because I felt like we proved a point - to myself as well as to incompetent, patronising soundfoetuses.
