try a finn crisp caraway flavored with swiss cheese and sauerkraut. it's like a mini reuben. i mean it. you could put meat on it, too but it might collapse under the weight.

i also really like this crispbread that is called a rusk but doesn't look like a small piece of toast - it looks like a dark toasted elongated bun that's been cut in half, and kind of porous. i have no idea what they're called as i haven't eaten them in a long time despite liking them. they are total mouth shredders too. i guess you're supposed to dip them in milk or something? i don't know. they are good with butter.
