hey now! i think it's probably safe to say that all of the sandbox is impressed. gee.

tehresa your salmon dish is a work of intense, fleeting beauty, like a Navajo sand painting that's lovingly crafted over untold hours, only to be raked into nothingness ("eaten") minutes after its completion. yessir, you might say I'm impressed.

that's really nice but actually there are leftovers so it's not gone!
also the salmon wasn't that great (still adapting to electric stove ps that is a panko wasabi crust).

leftover fish can bring endless joy if you break it up into bite-sized bits and mix it into a pot of (already cooked) couscous.

I've cooked salmon on a foreman grill a bunch of times. it comes out nicely, though if you're not careful it can end up overly dry b/c too much of the juice tends to leak into the drip tray. I don't really know my way around an electric stove either.

i am scared my next apt might have an electric stove. i hate them :(

it's funny, when stocking a kitchen, how you forget about valuable spices like turmeric. they can really add a lot!

nope, we don't make the paper (the books would probably take us a year to make, if we did), we just hunt around at art supply stores. that decorative paper is actually made with banana leaves.

collaboration w/ my mom's bf's daughter, who I babbysat. she provided the storyline & I did like 2/3 of the artwork, but I refused to draw the dogpoo and dogpee and dogbarf and catbarf because those things are GROSS.

ha, at first I thought your squash was topped with very, very small lobsters. you can even see the rubber bands wrapped around their claws.

i'm never going to finish the thing that goes in the place holder. it is a sweater. it fits just right except i had to redo the neck because it was bigger than i wanted. but i had to just guess what to do with it and i guessed wrong so i'll do it when i have more patience. but i am also still working on second sock (it needs like 4 more inches argh) and i just started a hat. oopsss too many things
