they invented tea, burgers and punk rock so they must be good!

wogan lenin (doglatin), Monday, 11 December 2006 10:04 (seventeen years ago) link

i think to post pictures you need to do it the old fashioned html way. basically do this, except replace the "(" and ")" symbnols with "".

and bob's your unc.le.

wogan lenin (doglatin), Monday, 11 December 2006 10:30 (seventeen years ago) link

d'oh - it deleted my symbols.

this is hard. look up a basic html guide. basically you type the expression except with "greater than" and "less than" symbols instead of brackets.

i give up. i am doomed to picture failure!

clocko (clocko), Monday, 11 December 2006 11:52 (seventeen years ago) link

you got it right except you need to enclose what you just wrote with those "greater than" "less than" symbols that appear between your "M" key and your "?" key.

hi hi

I was in toulouse and narbonne, perpignan, the pyrenees, carcassonne but not paris this time, tho it's the foreign city i've visited the most in the past (i take a girl there if i like her at all, and take her back if i really like her).

Have you ever been? It's magical.

lxy, Thursday, 25 October 2012 06:04 (twelve years ago) link

f. might be doing some contract work in europe in jan and if so i'll join him at the end for a vacation.

i studied french for 9 years and have never used it yet, i'lve probably forgotten most of it apart from basic things like ' you have been busy'.

estela, Thursday, 25 October 2012 06:13 (twelve years ago) link

voulez-vous couchez avec mon canard? is my only remaining french phrase. it is not very useful.

is there a better phrase for milkshake than lait-frappe?

mookieproof, Thursday, 25 October 2012 06:24 (twelve years ago) link

we had a french exchange student at our school and my best friend and i used to speak to her in really, really fast english using long and obscure words and then she would hit us<3

estela, Thursday, 25 October 2012 06:39 (twelve years ago) link

i didn't know lait-frappe, it is nice.

estela, Thursday, 25 October 2012 06:55 (twelve years ago) link
