Amsterdam was cool, but it was ages ago! We made a video documentary about it. Pizza, zoos, scliffs, pizza, slightly manky hotel, pizza, getting lost, coffee shops, bit more pizza, broodjes, clubbing, fun!

ah yes, i forgot about those. At 'dam zoo there were thousands of schoolkids. I've got a video of this 7 year old screaming blue at this lynx that's just sitting still. "Lynx! LYYYYYYNNNNNNXXXXX!!!!"

YAY! mr frog is back!!!

i'm good man. my knob is in full working order, i'm off medication, my head is (just about) in order.

i have a lightbox to make these short winter days feel a little longer, and its doing the job. so yeah i'm fucking great!

Herr Frog is doing okay, pretty swell compared to last year around this time really. Magical lightbox does indeed seem to help, and a week in Hawaii after Thanksgiving was also a treat!

Started to learn kung fu recently which has been outstanding, but still haven't figured out the whole going back to uni and actually finishing thing. Maybe in 2k7.

DFM news.

Well the t-shirt situation is still not good but as usual; "We're going to do it soon."
