handicapped bathrooms are great. when you're done with your business, you have all the room you need for a celebratory dance.

The only public restroom you'd ever want to be sick in.

The handicapped restroom in our dorm suxx. No soap, no paper towels, no janitor attention.

Only my roommate and I have keys that can get into it.

Once when I was around 12 or so, I went into a handicap bathroom and the janitor came in. I thought it was illegal for me to use it since I wasn't handicapped, so I stayed in the bathroom for like five minutes just standing there waiting for him to leave. He didn't.

when i was a kid my cousin told me i should always go in the handicapped bathroom because fewer people use it and it would be cleaner. i think about it every time i'm in a public bathroom now, i go through with it sometimes, but i feel guilty if someone sees me! i don't even think this is true though, cause some bathrooms have like 2 stalls, and i bet the handicapped one gets used just as frequently as the non-gimpy one.

I know I've said before that my church had one of each stall, normal & handi, and for many years I just thought I could only use the normal one. I don't know how it escaped me that lots of other ladies used both. As an adult, it never occurred to me that handi stalls were off-limits until I went to movies at BAM!
