its giving me a huge headache.... i think since my dad has been going deaf my mom has started talking REALLY LOUDLY all the time. making my head explode

my dad has the tv in the kitchen on louder than the tv of the room i'm in

my dad has always been an extremely loud talker... to the point that the vibrations from his voice travel through the floor and into my room waking me up.
