breakfast - two slices smoked ham, half an avocado
lunch - broccoli salad, tuna salad, asian slaw w/ vinegar
dinner - salmon roasted w/ "singapore curry gravy", couscous, braised baby yu choy
snacks: handful of cashews, several handfuls of marcona almonds, two really gross fake oreos

today thus far:
breakfast: lactose-free cottage cheese, sliced tomato

ps my shame is more great because I have been friends with a girl named Laurel since 1984 and she is constantly assaulted by the slings and arrows of Lauren/Lorie/etc mispronunciations. Won't happen again!
