of course you use frank's but that is not a recipe.

I saw a recipe for completely butter free buffalo wings and was like, that is just dumping hot sauce on shit. I am ok with this.

I actually have a stash of at least 10 bottles, possibly more, of frank's. Every time I see it on sale cheap I load the hell up.

my dad is convinced that they have changed the recipe in the 'original' and that it is now inferior to the sauce of yore... i think he's just getting senile, though i wasn't eating hot sauce in the 70s, so i can't say.

yeah that's a dirty trick dads like to pull actually, say every brand was better basically the year or two or five right before you were born, so you can always feel bad about it.

the "recipe" is probably the same, it's just the oil and chicken that got worse.

yeah he actually didn't start bitching about it til a few years ago. perhaps with changes in manufacturing/ingredients due to fda and other crap? i dunno... he uses it on everything, not just wings... or he did until i got him hooked on sriracha!!!!
