Suggest more AIOLI uses other than dipping grissini into it and as a base for Italian-style quesedillas.

Use on sandwiches, cold and hot, where you would use mayo. Top your breakfast eggs with a little.

Dipping/topping for roasted asparagus, broccoli, brussel sprouts, etc. Excellent on a spanish tortilla (the eggs/potato/onion kind) - also on fritatta.
