I've not heard the new one either so I've no comment.

Anyway, OMM on Sunday said it had "one bum moment"...surely that's something?

Actually I published a long and detailed negative critique of the work of Joanna Newsom on my blog two months ago so the answer is maybe JR (who incidentally is a she - did you never read Smoke?) needs to get a computer and make more effort to keep up with advanced developments in music writing.
