since i have an Mac, i have been doing a Get Info and then adding the tracklist as Spotlight Comments. but now scott seward's Corn Licker Mix has so many tracks that I have somehow exceeded the character input limit for Spotlight Comments. i paste it in, close the Get Info window, Get Info again, and it's all gone!

how do YOU glue tracklistings to your one-file mixes?

HOW TO make Enhanced Podcasts (images, links and more with audio)

Enhanced podcasts are AAC encoded audio files (m4a or m4b, m4p) with new data inside them that can be time based

I have a lot of mixes that aren't AAC, and I also don't want to do some whole process with a "Chapter Tool" etc. I just want to affix the tracklist as text to my file so that I don't have to hunt on my computer for it. The reason I wanted to use the Spotlight comments box is so any track titles or artist names in a particular mix comes up on a search. ID3 tags aren't enough here.

i was amazed i hadn't considered this before: just enter the tracklist through the lyrics tab!

isn't the lyrics tab part of the id3 tag? i've always put tracklists in the lyrics tab (cos the comment box on the main tab ain't long enough) and I don't think they've ever come up in the relevant search results.

I'm glad this question came up. When I add audio files to the computer we use for webstreaming, they cannot be m4a format. I've had a few people give me CDs or DVDs with hundreds of tracks from I-Tunes. I use a program to convert the m4a files to mp3. But I-Tunes seems to assign all the tracks numbers and loses the artist name. Anyone had trouble with this?
