Um I hesitate to say it:

There were some great moments in there!

Ade Edmondson doing "Anarchy" in a George Melly style!
That bloke "Seasick Sammy"!

others.

I only saw a couple of minutes of the replay on New Year's day and it was mainly him playing an endless ragtime (or what's that 1935-type music he always plays called?) piano solo and then bagpipes and Lily Allen dancing like a 10 year old girl who needs a bathroom break and then I switched channels.

The end medley partly consisted of Sam Moore and Amy Winelodge singing "Mighty Quinn" from a songsheet stapled to the floor.

Were both Sam and Amy stapled to the floor?

I watched some of it. I enjoyed "Valerie". I think it may be the song of the year. I was disappointed with Weller and Winehouse duetting on an olden days song. I thought Sammy Seasick was good. I liked his guitar very much.

Wasn't Courtney and Marianne one night on the Jools' Hootenanny show once? I distinctly remember Courtney saying M had great tits.

heh - I was actually there. I thought it was a pretty crummy bill - but the Zutons were OK. Weller was pretty disappointingly mellow - still a hero though. Seasick Sammy was outstanding - totally nuts wall of noise and all on a three-string guitar. He should have played for an hour.
