I currently find myself annoyed with a Mr(s). Alex Macpherson, capital P maybe.

My dad googled me today, for fun, and guess what he came up with? A LiveJournal post by Alex Mac declaring an intense annoyance with my ilx posts.

Why the annoyance? Because my questions are too basic, it seems. I guess I don't know as much as this Alex does, and I guess Alex doesn't like the way I phrase things.

But it just so happens that I view ilx as a place where I feel safe asking even the most ordinary questions. It also is the case that I find my writing perfectly decent. Furthermore, I have received a few comments on how my threads are generally fun and engaging, for lack of better words.

So, to answer your question, yes, I do think you have been a bit of a c*nt. If you are so much wiser than I am, please try to engage me in a mature, level-headed conversation instead of publicizing your disregard for me on the internet.

i am a person who likes to play, listen to and think about music.

i am also a person who likes people. so, i figured

music + people = ilm

right? i just wish that those who figured out that they like music and people a long time ago would let me figure it out on my own terms, without the patronizing. but that's just me.

my apologies for being too sensitive - please accept them! from now on, whatever bitchiness awaits me i will accept with proper internet savvy

and i must retract my statement concerning how interesting i am. i'm sure i'll grow into my own interest factor once i've grown a thicker skin and a better arsenal of comebacks. for now, i'll just post silly threads and hope at least someone finds them worthwhile.
