It's nice, but too quiet storm to be "the best disco album" (it's not even the top 20). The Jones Girls were one of those pre-disco artists who I don't think ever were quite at home with disco; they were clearly better with slower, smoother stuff. That said, "You Gonna Make Me Love Somebody Else" is indeed gorgeous.
