young carlton cole is off to a good start with 4 already chelsea, villa, charlton and west ham already. pennants already on 4 at a young (leeds, arsenal, liverpool, birmingham). heskey capable of adding to his 4 also, jeffers less so

surprisingly, marcus bent has only 4, he would have been my best bet

West Ham went down in 02-03 and spent two seasons in the Championship. Pearce went to Fulham halfway through 03-04 season so he looks like a winner.

Actually David James did spent some time with West Ham in Division 1 - don't you remember there was all that fuss about whether or not he'd be sharp enough to play for England etc? Can't remember if he spent the whole season in the Championship though - I think he went to Man City in the transfer window?

Shipperley was the name I was rooting around for and couldn't quite remember. Then again he's played for a lot of yo-yo teams and has gone up and down a division a few times.

Chelsea - Southampton - Palace - Forest - Barnsley - Wimbledon - Sheffield United. Pretty sure Wimbledon were out of the top flight at the time, possibly a few of the others as well.
