Our financial guy always has him on his cube TV at work. Low volume, tho.

i sat next to him at casino royal and we talked abt movie theaters' strange business model for a minute. he was, predictably, soft spoken and humble.

I used to like to listen to him when he had his radio program on. Back then I thought he was like, maybe a 30-year-old blond surfer dude who also happened to be a financial whiz. His act was way toned down then, though. When I finally caught some eps of his program, I was temporarily startled by the fact that this voice I was used to hearing was coming from a middle-aged balding guy from the Northeast but soon got used to it. However, I WAS so taken aback by his newfound bombast and found him spouting some pompous b.s. he never used to say on his radio program that I could not even listen to him anymore. Shame because, as I said, I used to be a fan of his radio program.

He used to blog five, 10, 15 times a day on thestreet.com during the dot-com era, while also managing a hedge fund. Good writer. Mad Money is a good one to watch on the treadmill.
