Ladies and gentlemen please pray silence for MSN UK Movies writer Ed Holden, and his quite simply breath-taking "The 12 Worst Movies Of 2006":

http://movies.uk.msn.com/features/galleries/WorstMovies2006_Gallery.aspx

The Devil Wears Prada - Spend as much money as you like on costumes, you won't necessarily end up with a half-decent movie. The Devil Wears Prada had more designer labels than you can shake a handbag at but little else. Shame on us for sending it to number one at the box-office…

Scenes Of A Sexual Nature - Another sleep-inducer. The excellent British cast was encouraging here - but all they did was walk around a park (the same park - how clever!) in pairs yapping at each other - like a less relevant version of Question Time.

And my personal favourite:

Marie-Antoinette -It may have been very pretty to look at, but this was an unbearably dull period drama. Where some critics were praising its elaborate sets, we were screaming at the screen for (Kirsten Dunst) to just say the cake line then get executed so we can all go home!

aside from calling it "a period drama" (and OK, calling Versailles a set), yr favorite is basically OTM

history will vindicate garfield 2. (he's right about the fall-off in the big momma's house franchise. but it was inevitable, you just don't catch that kind of lightning in a bottle twice.)

Mr Filthy always has some good suggestions in the "Hey, Whore, how's the Whoring?" section
