has anyone bought the coyle & sharpe box set? it's pretty cheap and worth it for the human sugar bowl bit all by itself

i'm thinking it would make a hell of a stocking stuffer. you can listen to some of "burn your bag" on that page. i highly suggest that you do so.

OK, thank you to the ends of the earth for bringing this to my attention, Scott.

the originals. back when anyone with two suits and a microphone could get away with the most surrealist interviews imaginable because if they owned a tape recorder, they obviously were 'the media'. this is the sort of thing I was hoping someone would buy me for christmas, but who knows how likely it is to happen. so curious about the DVD.

there's a line on audio visionaries where their victim has been pushed just about over the edge and sharpe leans in and says in a matter of fact voice "it's our minds that are different"

On Three-ism, a cult they seem to be making up as they go along, and also on "Audio Visionaries":

"When did this begin?" asks the victim. Coyle and Sharpe, in tandem: "Last week."

According to sharpeworld, Mal recently "slipped and fell, severing his quadricep muscle from his knee, which required an operation in a greek hospital".

I hope he gets better, because man, he's funny.

i heard that at work a couple weeks ago! it was good. i liked his take on the whole thing. i really like Open Sores. (that's how the host pronounces it!)

Oh my, I was very intrigued by the thought of a "human sugar bowl," overlooking that it is in actuality a comedy routine.

I would really like to hear these guys but I'm already getting sucked into the laff vortex and I fear that to get into is to never get out of...
