tip: spend a little more on the stuff for lactose intolerant ppl, cos otherwise you're buying a quart of flavored milk with high-fructose corn syrup in it

I mean other than high-fructose corn syrup.

the lactose intolerant thing is kind of a side effect, for me. i went hunting thru the dairy aisle reading labels, looking for the difference btw regular and light egg nog, and found that, in the brands available, they all had high fructose corn syrup as the 2nd ingredient after milk. except for the Lactaid brand stuff, which was your basic milk, eggs, sugar, etc. (+ some extra enzyme that breaks down lactose, but so what).

doubtless if u went to a whole foods or a food coop there'd be all kinds of natural organic nondairy nonegg whatever nog...

anyway, is there any other kind of nog? (xpost uh yes, yes there is)
