www.posteverything.com is good
www.turntablelab.com is interesting but very expensive shipping
www.boomkat.com has been talked up here in the past.

Donate to my iPod fund! (I'm working through the alphabet so there's still the rest of A and B-Z to come.)

for indie stuff, insound.com is awesome. without my having ever entered a contest or anything, just by looking at my previous orders with them, they sent me free tickets to my favorite band when they came to town. as far as promotional schemes go, it worked. great store.

I agree about Insound - they used to have tons of really good free downloads too. And with the dollar/euro exchange rate as it is, you can only win!

srsly, eBay and Amazon used, or direct from the labels are most always cheapest
http://www.parasol.com roolz
http://www.forcedexposure.com
http://www.insound.com which can be expensive but often has sweet promos. And if you join their street team you can get gift certs (I got $100 worth of cds last year fo' free)
http://www.overstock.com sometimes has really good deals, like Ellen Allien for under $14

some not yet mentioned,
http://www.netsoundsmusic.com/
http://www.musicstack.com/
http://www.juno.co.uk/
http://www.vinylexchange.co.uk/
(ahem)
http://www.kompakt-net.com/

Can vouch for,
Boomkat - decent, not always quick but rarely incredibly late
Norman Records - decent and cheapish and throw in stickers, sweets & the like.
Juno - FAST delivery every time in my experience.

have not yet used but might one day,
http://www.smallfish.co.uk/
(finally an interface not from the web stone age, which until now has stopped me using them every time).
http://www.piccadillyrecords.com/
(IRL store was always good though)
http://www.steel-wheels.co.uk/
(another good IRL store)
