These gulfnews.com headlines are just odd. Here are they:

• Mythical sword puts dam work on hold
• Alligator kebabs and soup on offer
• Star trek 'will save humans': Professor Stephen Hawking
• 'Rape victim' confident Marines will be convicted [this one is just weird because of the scare quotes, WTF]
• Durian kills 400 in Philippines

Are they always this weird, or do I seem like an asshole for even thinking they seem funny?
