He's always been one of my faves during the WWF apex of the 80's, and I hope he makes it thru this. He lives about 5 miles from me.

Did anybody see his stand-up/spoken-word tour from a coupla years ago? I wanted to go but didn't have the dosh for a ticket.

My mum had non-Hodgkin's Lymphona. If I'm not mistaken it's much better than Hodgkin's. Didn't Jackie Kennedy have Hodgkin's? I think so.

There are various types of non-Hodgkins lymphoma - it's basically a catch-all term for lymphomas that aren't Hodgkins and doesn't mean that much apart from "it's not Hodgkins".

Is it the good Hodgkins or the bad Hodgkins?

It's either Hodgkins or it isn't. In the case of non-Hodgkins, some types are less agressive than others. Either way, it's still cancer and it's not exactly a walk in the park (my father-in-law died from Hodgkins, but he survived 10 years after diagnosis when the prognosis was much less).

It kinda fulfils a bunch of my own personal "OMG MUST HAVE" shit for entertainment. Dumb violence, choreographed dance ish, trash talking, soap opera, blood, Hollywood glitz, traditionalism vs modernism, and, of course, racist and xenophobic stereotyping.
