it's the day after christmas and i'm feeling the sickness

(that rhymes, sort of, so it must be meaningful)

bleh, cold symptoms. the ambient holiday stress finally got to me. it wasn't even that stressful for me personally, i think i just got a whiff of everyone else's.

Well, I've had in the last 4 days: pain in the chest, swollen neck glands, and now a hacking cough and a sore throat that feels like it's been ripped raw.

No much stress though.

Sore throat two weeks ago has since cycled through stuffed head, runny nose, cough. Every time I think I'm better it settles somewhere else! Ngh.

Worst sinus infection/cough in maybe 15 years. My son, my daughter, and I have all coughed so hard that we puked. I didn't know that was possible. Feel like I'm going to crack my sternum or something. Appointment tonight, but I'm not hopeful that the doc will prescribe anything useful.
