Comedy Button and Laser Time, two shows from off-duty groups of game journos bullshitting and telling drunk stories or talking about the muppets

To me it is like if two message board dudes had a podcast where they talked about news they read on the internet.

yeah, I mean, i was grateful when I found UYD because it sort of filled the hole of an "ilx I can listen to while I drive".

like, UYD isn't funny all the time. they examine stuff that's unusual, or O_o or outrageous. sometimes it's humorous, sometimes contemplative, shocked, angry.

I really kinda wish WTF was only once a week, I keep falling further and further behind. Just finally listened to the Mary Lynn Rajskub one this morning. Every now and then I load a whole bunch on my iPod with the intent of plowing through a bunch of 'em, but about the time I hit the third one and Maron's navel-gazing portion, I get all ehhhhh and turn it off.
