wcw in 99 had ric flair go crazy as head of wcw "for life" and randomly scott hall turns up as a member of the institution to throw his toothpick at flair, walk off and then not be seen for another couple months. he was not actually being put through rehab at the time, they were just paying him to sit at home and then to do this one appearance.

how this company went out of business i'll never know...

i genuinely cant believe this actually happened. sometimes i pick up 'the death of wcw' and lol but shit it is there on youtube and is real.

also woooo ric flair didn't age at all up until about 2003 and his body has just died since.

he said this week he has no plans to retire. this is why you dont marry/divorce a new fan once every six months.

Arn Anderson 'bailed out' Flair from the mental institution.

"World Championship Wrestling set a standard for bad television in the late '90s that will never be equaled"

Ok I legit marked out all through Raw. Punk's segment with a Johnny Ace tribute. The 4 way was decent. And holy shit that ending! Kane! Making up for not having a mask for the past five years by having two! Monster heels are the best!

Also the 'of course its Jericho' Itbegins vid all being about a chick is p exciting, because what the hell?

Best raw in forever.

The start with the 'rap-off' was embarrassing though, nearly never made it through to the rest of it.

Mark Henry is legit injured thanks to everyones favourite heel John Cena, so Bryan fucking Danielson is champ! Way too early but hey!

Dolph v. Ryder only match worth watching.

Raw was on Sky Sports and Nitro on TNT. I was p addicted, especially considering it was the best era of wrestling maybe ever, until I hit a certain age like 12 or something when it became embarrassing and also we stopped having sky and also it got really shitty. Most people around here have no idea abt wrestling. Only got back into it due insomnia and part-time work related want to watch something and then with the youtubes and whatnot have discovered i can get p immersed in both whats good and whats lol p easily.

Srs though there are some parts of wrestling that shld be a part of everyones digest - Botchamania for one, the upcoming Legends House reality show w/ Iron Sheik and whoever for two. Lets hope the WWE continue to have no morals and let him smoke the crackpipe.

Until the late 1990s, advertising for the product included commercials that featured late professional wrestler "Macho Man" Randy Savage, who served as spokesman. Each commercial would close with Savage bellowing "NEED A LITTLE EXCITEMENT? SNAP INTO A SLIM JIM!" Other notable spokesmen have included The Ultimate Warrior, Bam Bam Bigelow, Kevin Nash, Vanilla Ice and Edge.
