Yeah I've had a lot of this as well- presume it's a bug rather than intended. FWIW although you can't select the song to play/redownload/delete it, if there are other selectable tracks in the same playlist/album you can play the previous one and get to it by skipping forward.
I'm also still uploading (and have been since Saturday morning) - it seems to get stuck a lot - there's no indication in itunes it's hung or anything, but activity monitor shows there's no data being uploaded.
Oh and it also makes the music app in my 3gs slower than treacle.
Seems like it might be quite good when mature, but is just way buggy at the mo. Kinda surprised because this has been out in the US for a month or two, right?
