the bag was best xmas present ever! (i have a deep, inexplicable love for all things AMC)

No no! Not at all! The bag is made from the upholstery from the 1975 AMC Gremlin. This lady (the designer) unearthed a warehouse of old automotive fabric in California and now makes bags out of it.

yeah, the prices aren't the cheapest. but it was *the* xmas present (well, save the used Loretta Lynn record). when i saw the bag before xmas, i was like, "dammit. i have to spend that much money on you now?"
