i just got my car back, today. i am so sorry, car. i'll never do that again.

i was so proud i did my taxes on paper and mailed them in. except i just checked my status and they said they eliminated my refund and decide i owed them $1600, which is 100% wrong. and i called their suggested number and they said they cannot take the call right now due to extremely high volume. so cool.

i forgot to include schedule A because i am dum and i need to file an amended return :(

good luck sheriff has cancer so he was out for a little bit and now he is back but can only work in the secure parking garage, which is not accessible to me except from outside. today i visited him and i was like how do i get back in the courthouse and he was like oh i don't need this till august you can have it and gave me his sheriff id badge with prox card and now i can go anywhere in the courthouse and i have achieved the rank of lance corporal. i also have a 90s cop mustache.

i was supposed to begin a 2 week murder trial tomorrow but we got some new info on friday so i believe we will get a postponement and i am very excited to sleep a lot and go to the gym and maybe clean my house and make cookies. also best september weather in years. it's usually too hot. encouraged, for once.
