Basically, if you want direct you've got BA and Virgin to Orlando, and a few US carriers direct. You may save a little by flying via paris, amsterdam or madrid but honestly it's probably not worth it. Last time I flew to orlando on business it was cheaper to get a flight + hotel package and ditch the hotel than buy the flight alone.

Via Paris might not be so bad. Air Canada seemed cheap, but boy is that a long flight (change at Toronto)! (ans: yes)
