Gears of War I got into way too late and I don't think there's any real hope for me. Co-op is good and I like it overall, but the masses are just too far ahead of me online to hold my interest. That and no jumping, which really pisses me off.

The 360 has been out for over a year and has one RPG, four thousand racing simulations and online UNO.
the PS3 has a WW2 shooter, plus they put aliens in it, to make it different. They also have, uh, a racing simulator, which looks better on the 360. And they have a giant robot combat simulator with the Gundam name attached that everybody in Japan HATED. I don't even know how you fuck that up.
the Wii already has golf, bowling, swordfights, werewolves, tennis, and fucking Madden, plus the VC:http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Virtual_Console_titles_%28Europe%29http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Virtual_Console_titles_%28North_America%29
So what are you worried about, again? (sorry to fanboy it up)

I have to agree that I'm feeling a little nervous about the Wii lineup at the moment, though there are plenty of things on the unspecified horizon, such as fully-featured golf games, and tennis of course which I hope will expand nicely on Wii Sports.
There's also the Nintendo big names, which have already been mentioned like Mario, Metroid etc. Mostly though, there's just more on the Wii and coming soon to the Wii that I'm even remotely interested in compared to the other two options.
I was stupid enough to fall for the grass-is-greener thing with respect to my DS and bought a PSP only to realise that I don't like Burnout, Ridge Racer, Tekken and all the other guff. I spend my (limited) psp time playing Lemmings, which I probably can get for my PC from an aband0nware site, and Killzone, the only actually 'good' game I've played so far. Deep down, I know my experiences would be exactly the same on the PS3 and Xbox 360.

i do love the way you get into the zone and it goes zen and you can just glide around without thinking, killing everything in your path. have also noticed that immediately after a high scoring game i tend to have a really low scoring game.
also got ico from my brother. am stuck in 2nd room. oh um.

Oh yeah, Castlevania. Beat HoD and AoS, am now playing Circle of the Moon on the GBA. I've already beat most of the game playing the backup on an emulator, but the novelty of a portable game is still worth it.

Docks in Vice City - there's a pay and spray, I _think_ an 8-ball mechanics place where you can get a car turned into a carbomb, some hidden objects, one of the printer missions starts off there, and the boatyard asset. IIRC one of the buildings there actually has an interior that is inaccesible, suggesting there might have been some other mission there that got left out. I read somewhere that it was one of the Pastor Richards missions that got cut b/c the actor died, I think that was just speculation though.

Cheers Ste, that worked a treat. Having a terrible time with the mission involving other criminals in disguise!
I am trying to track down a copy of Shadow of The Colossus here, nowhere seems to have first hand copies anymore. Gamespot don't have any second hand copies either!
Cheers Pash. I haven't reached Pastor Richards yet. I find the Checkpoint Charlie mission in the boat a pain in the face. Still, must persevere. Saving up for the Printing Works!

If you like, here's Focus on the Family's review of the game:
Eternal Forces is a real-time strategy (RTS) resource management game that focuses on a handful of boroughs in New York City. There you're challenged (through 40 lengthy missions) to evangelize the people of the Big Apple, house them, feed them and find ways to stay alive while the enemy does its best to take over the city and crush you underfoot. You start out with a few people (units) in your control, send them out to gather resources (money and real estate) and train them up to become musicians, builders, nurses, pastors, disciples and soldiers, each with his or her own function for the community and impact on the world...
See, even tho it's an RTS with guns and violence n' shit, it's actually just like Sim City!
