I thought they had flour in them...for some reason. I am almost sure I saw something that made me think they weren't ok, but I'll check again.

I have been avoiding wheat for a couple of years due to colitis and can recommend the following, all WF...

Pertwood Farm Fruit & Seed Muesli
Nature's Path Millet Flakes
Nature's Path Oaty Bites

Bigger Sainsbury's should stock these, otherwise check yer local Holland & Barrett / Fresh & Wild. And Rice Krispies, Corn Flakes and of course normal porridge are all fine. i do love Oatibix though. Now if only they can make a WF equivalent of Sugar Puffs...

The box in my cupboard was indeed Weetabix Gold. They were cheaper than normal Weetabix for a while. Perhaps they still are. But "Urgh!" just about sums it up.

Rice cakes aren't good for everyone, despite being called RICE cakes. Apparently the agent they use to bind the puffs together can be an irritant for a lot of people.

Ah! I found some of this, but it was in the fridge of a house I was staying in in Nottingham so I can't remember the name of it. It was okay though, not as amazing as real cheese, but plausible as a subsititute. Wow, that was useless.

This hread makes me feel bad Ronan, that the last time I saw you IRL we ended up in Pizza Express.

Oh don't feel bad! I hadn't been told not to eat cheese then! I seriously would love to eat a pizza probably more than anything else in the world right now, a horrible cheesey takeaway pizza. some night maybe I'll just do so..what's the worst that can happen? I feel crappy today and I ate perfectly all week. I'm thinking of reintroducing dairy for a week to see if not eating it is making any difference..and so I can have a massive bowl of chocolate ice cream
