Two actually kind of heartbreaking things in this episode, both Claire related:
1. the way Nathan and whatever Claire's mom's name is both seemed to secretly deep down want a real reunion, but Nathan can't not be a douche, and wtf with Firemom keeping 75%? I bet she owes money to LINDERMAN.
2. Claire's adoptive mom I think has been memory-wiped one time too many, she has nothing left...she has been so annoying (albeit sometimes hilariously so), but I genuinely found that saddening (maybe more for Claire, who keeps getting pushed further and further into a corner [save the cheerleader Uncle Peter Petrelli!])

It was nice that Psychic Copy/Madam Mirrors avoided emoness and went for glass-breaking and powers-using hijinks.
I was also put off by lack of Dr. Invisible and Spongetastic Peter Parketrelli, mostly because now physical abuse of PP is justifiable and welcome.

Massive lolz at Hiro once more. "I come in peace" *Star Trek fingers*, also Hope calling him Sulu, DO YOU SEE?
I really liked that Ando's subtitles in that scene were all in quotation marks (not as good as the Gulp though)
Sylar won't kill Mohinder because Mohinder isn't a HERO (or is he?). I really want Mr Muggles to have a HEROpower too.
(we explained away Hope's knowing that Hiro and Ando would pop along to save her as that she has a HEROpower of clairvoyancy. Though perhaps it was just crappy writing)

Semi-hilarious fun fact: State Gaming Commission dude that had the talk with Hiro about partners was played by Bill Fagerbakke, voice of Spongebob Squarepants' best friend Patrick. Yet another thing this show has in common with LOST: Spongebob voice actors showing up for menacing-ish guest spots.
I was wondering how long it would be until Peter realized he had mooched some powers from Sylar. I imagine that's who he got the sonic boom voice from, as well as the telekinesis. I will miss Dr Invisiwho, but I'm glad Peter Petrelli has managed to become an interesting, fun-to-watch character, when, back in the olden days, he seemed so completely awful.

that was my thought, too... but then later in the episode they were talking about how the tracking device was a radioisotope that was in their bloodstreams, which I don't really think you could rip out.
also:
- jesus christ, Sylar! talk about yr impulse control problems! he's just lucky that Mohinder somehow makes even worse decisions than him.- Peter is a total fucking bad-ass! at first I was worried that his multi-power outburst on the rooftop was a one-time thing that he would struggle to replicate, but apparently not!- semi-related: I guess this means the haitian doesn't actually have power suppression? either that, or he inexplicably opted to wear thermal goggles rather than oh hmm I dunno TURNING OFF THEIR INVISIBILITY PERHAPS- interrogation of Bennett = perfect way to reveal some more details and advance the plot. good call, writers.

The Charlie actress was also on House (sick, gets liver transplant from girlfriend she was going to leave).

I might be remembering wrong but I think Sylar still got her - Hiro didn't change anything in her past except make her happy for a little while (aww).
Zach was also in an ep of House.

Esp. when shot from "ground" level, I ♥ the flying effects on the show! Like the Matrix: Reloaded effects, but without the ridiculous portentousness.

Finally Peter becomes a good character. Whiny Peter is dead, long live angry Peter! I am however pretty sad that we probably won't see invisible dude anymore, he was definitely one of the most enjoyable heroes if not the most.
Also, I couldn't help but think that the Others are Heroes (which was a theory I had a long time back) thanks to that one Nathan Petrelli sentence.

Invisible dude has a HISTORY of disappearing from shows, so I was not surprised.

Haha me too.
My wife was ultra psychic and said "that was my best spanner" just before Dale said "that was my best wrench"!
Charlie was way adorable.
New names please! I am getting L O S T crossover!
Why didn't PP used Hiro powa to save Simone?
Anyway, great episode.
