i had catatonia's 'mulder and scully' stuck in my head, earlier, in the shower, or at least the thirty or so seconds i could remember. i think i just spent the remaining three minutes thinking: huh. catatonia. they were a band, that happened. people bought their records.

I watched Shooting Fish the other month and every song on the soundtrack brought up that feeling of remembering that John Major ever existed and was Prime Minister

there are two coldplay songs i will secretly listen to but this is not one of them.

The first two singles from that big breakout disk were good, but I won't suffer if I never hear either of them, ever again.

I remember watching a ton of MTV2 late at night back when I was a freshman in college, which was around when the video for Yellow came out, and it was one of my 2 am jams. So I've always liked it for that. I really like Parachutes, still.

I don't like any Coldplay tracks but the appeal of this one in particular mystifies me.

there is one coldplay song i like - well, one coldplay song + the "clocks" piano riff. it is not this one. yellow is such a gross colour anyway
